Pagrindinė projekto tikslinė grupė: suaugę besimokantieji, turintys proto negalią.

Pagrindinis tikslas: kūrybinės veiklos pagalba stiprinti vidinius neįgaliųjų kūrybinius išteklius, motyvuoti juos darbui ir asmeniniam tobulėjimui, skatinant savarankiškumą ir įtraukimą į bendruomenę.

Projekto uždaviniai:

  • neįgaliųjų įtraukimas į projekto veiklą ir jų asmeninio tobulėjimo skatinimas.
  • įgūdžių įgijimas arba tobulinimas per tarptautinį mokymąsi iš kolegų ir kūrybinių raiškų pridėtinės vertės kūrimas.
  • keitimasis žiniomis, idėjomis ir patirtimi bei dalijimasis gerąja patirtimi apie kūrybines veiklas, jų įvairovę.
  • visų įgyvendintų kūrybinių veiklų susisteminimas, darbo gairių knygos sukūrimas.

The project focuses on two specific topics: disabilities and physical and mental health and well-being.

The objectives

  • Enhance the accessibility of adult education and training opportunities for individuals with disabilities, including those with physical, sensory, and intellectual disabilities. This will involve developing and implementing inclusive teaching and learning practices and adapting teaching materials to meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Address the physical and mental health and well-being of adult learners, including promoting healthy lifestyles and self-care practices, providing mental health and well-being support, and creating a positive and supportive learning environment that fosters well-being.
  • Foster a culture of inclusion and diversity within adult education and training, promoting the value of diversity and the importance of creating an inclusive and welcoming learning environment for all learners.

The outcomes

  • Increased participation and engagement of individuals with disabilities in adult education and training programs, leading to improved skills, knowledge, and employability improved physical and mental health and well-being of adult learners, leading to increased resilience and well-being, as well as improved learning outcomes
  • Increased awareness and understanding of the importance of inclusion and diversity within adult education and training, leading to a more inclusive and welcoming learning environment for all learners.
  • Trained staff (30 persons) and Adult Learners (18 persons) in direct mobilities
  • 3 podcasts (5-10 minutes each), 1 new educational tool (Guidelines on group dynamics)

These outcomes and results will be achieved through a range of activities, including training and support for adult educators and trainers, the development of inclusive teaching and learning materials and practices, support for learners with disabilities, the promotion of healthy lifestyles and self-care practices, and the creation of a positive and supportive learning environment that values diversity and inclusion.

The target groups

  • Adults with disabilities: The project aims to provide support and accommodations to enable individuals with disabilities to participate in adult education and training opportunities fully.
    We aim to enhance the accessibility and relevance of adult education and training opportunities for this target group, improving skills, knowledge, and employability.
  • Adult educators and trainers: Our project aims to provide training and support for adult educators and trainers to develop and implement inclusive teaching and learning practices, adapt teaching materials to meet the needs of diverse learners, and provide appropriate support for learners with disabilities.
  • Adult education and training providers: Our project aims to work with adult education and training providers to develop and implement inclusive policies and practices.
